Kent McNellie's background includes 10 years in the private equity industry and related experience. From 2007 to 2010 Mr. McNellie was employed by Hunt Special Situations Group, a private equity affiliate of Hunt Oil. While at HSSG, Mr. McNellie was active in sourcing, executing and monitoring private equity investments. From 2011 to 2012, Mr. McNellie was employed by Satori Capital and responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, and other transaction-related activities. Mr. McNellie began his career as a summer analyst at Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division, and has held roles at Enron North America's Principal Investments Group, First Reserve Corporation, and Booz & Co. Mr. McNellie earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College, and serves as an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
